Man sentenced for racially abusing England players

Mr. Bradford Pretty, a fifty year old plasterer has been handed a suspended sentence for racially abusing some players of the England national team for losing the Euro 2020.

His targets in the racial comments were Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho, and Bukayo Saka for missing their penalties in the final of the competition. This lead to England’s defeat.

The 50-year-old from Folkestone, Kent, had been drinking all day in the lead-up to the final, downing up to 16 cans of lager.

During the one-minute expletive-laden rant with a cross of St George painted on his face, Pretty yelled: “Sick, gutted, proper deflated.

“Be proud of the boys.

“But anyone who knows me well will understand what I’m talking about. Three lions on a shirt. How many times have we seen * take penalties and **** it up?”

His sentence includes fifty days in prison, suspension from attending football matches for twelve months and two hundred hours of unpaid work.
